My screen was bad on my radio. They diagnosed it quickly and I was headed to the beach ⛱️ a couple days later. The part had to be ordered. Dylan was outstanding with follow up and communication. Caleb, the service bay manager said they would do everything possible to get me on my way to the beach. Harold, the shuttle driver , gave me a ride home and picked me up Wednesday around 2:15. It was urgent as I had to pick up and order and take it to a vendor before I could head to the beach. It was group teamwork and I give you 6 stars on the scale of 1 to 5. We got to Panama City Beach ⛱️ late Wednesday night.

Based on my previous experiences with Marshal Mize’s service center, the service experience has been neutral. However, working with Terry was a pleasurable experience. He was super friendly and I felt valued as a customer. He was also extremely prompt from a communication perspective, and very proactive with offering alternative transportation options in the event my vehicle required extended time for the repairs to be completed. I appreciate YOU Terry! As for the “con” from my visit, the labor cost seemed extremely excessive. Based on my current work schedule, I was unable to do research and shop around to obtain price quotes from other service providers. We’ve added spray-in bed liners to several of our fleet trucks at their truck center. The liners were spayed both precisely and efficiently. Each truck was only of service for that given day. We are going to start using them for fleet maintenance here soon.

I had a fantastic experience at the Ford service department thanks to Drew. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my truck is well taken care of and, most importantly, is honest about what it actually needs. I never have to worry about extra or hidden charges. When a scheduling delay meant I had to wait longer than expected and ultimately had to reschedule, Drew proactively handled it by providing my oil change for free to make up for the inconvenience. It’s rare to find that level of accountability. I always leave feeling happy with the service Ford provides because of his help!
