Hi. I had a terrible experience here at hydro auto spa in Orangeburg where my car got damaged on my charging port light. Now it definitely needs to be replaced and I want this to be compensated and taken care of. I spoke to the manager “Bryan” he didn’t apologize nor offer any solutions. All the workers were super unhelpful. This is highly unprofessional.. as I’ve come here before. I need to speak to the owner “Nick” oh and to mention Bryan said he didn’t know your last name and didn’t provide me with your phone number. I’ve sent you an email and I’m posting this as this is unacceptable and I’m so disappointed my car is brand new and it got damaged at hydro auto spa. I tried scrubbing this off and it does not come off. This damage was done there.

I had an amazing experience at Hydro Auto Spa. From the moment I pulled in, the team was friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to quality. They gave my car a true hand wash—no rushed shortcuts, just real attention to detail. The exterior came out spotless with a deep shine, and the interior looked refreshed and cleaner than it’s been in a long time. You can really tell they take pride in their work. The pricing was fair, the service was fast, and the results were better than any automated wash I’ve tried. If you care about your car and want it treated right, Hydro Auto Spa is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be back.

Great car wash, hard to find a good hand car wash these days. At hydro auto spa they take excellent and gentle car of each vehicle and the results speak for themself.

Tried this place out. Car Play adapter was stolen from my glove compartment. Went back to report the incident with the manager, who promised to investigate and call back with a resolution. Never heard back from him after multiple attempts. I would not recommend this car wash unless you don't mind things stolen from your vehicle.
