I had my car (happily and economically!) fixed at Shah’s other place (Village Auto in Piermont NY), so naturally when I needed my car inspected, I reached out. It was an equally easy and straightforward experience; my car was taken care of that day, based in my schedule - I can’t recommend Shah and his team enough!

Don't let this shit repair shop touch your car. They are quick to take your car and put it on a lift to do a 5mins diagnosis and then tell you after that you owe $150 for diagnosis service. Especially if you choose not to have them repair your car. I refuse to pay a down payment for them to order parts and subsequently refuse repairs. This guy tried to lock me in his office, took my keys and blocked my car in. We got into a physical altercation after he grabbed my keys from my car. I called the cops and they’re saying it’s expected for you to pay diagnostic fee. I had to pay to get my keys and leave. Worst experience ever, never in my life heard of a down payment for parts and fee so high to look at my car and tell me what i already know (my exhaust is leaking - needs welding).

Shah made this the quickest and easiest experience I have ever had getting my vehicle inspected. He got me a same-day appointment when I called. The whole process took less than ten minutes, from entering the lot to leaving with my paperwork. I am very satisfied with my experience here and will be returning for all future vehicle inspection needs!

I've used New Tech a number of times now and found the service and prices to be in line with professional standards. Most recently I had an issue with two tires needing replacement. The work was completed the very next day. Communication with the team there was always prompt and courteous. I would recommend them highly. TJ

I don’t know why this guys get such a bad wrap. I’ve gone to them three times now, and although I had to wait a while for parts, they always do a good job and my car does well after I leave. I’ll be back in a month for new tires. Thanks guys! PS - I left my car travel mug there and they were nice to call me and tell me they had it.
