Quick in to get my appointment and service started. Already knew what I was in for and offered suggestions to other things I could use. Quick oil change and new wiper blades being done in a couple hours (my appointment was at noon) for like 111 bucks.

Updated on 10/15/24: Matthew is always polite. But I have taken my car to this dealership on a few different occasions and they always wash my car and give it back to me clean. This time it does not look like it's been washed for a month and there are greasy fingerprints from the mechanic all over my door panel. And the gas pedal is slippery for some reason. On another note, every time I've taken my car in for a separate issue I asked him to have my driver's seat looked at because the heated seat turns on and off randomly. And there is something that has gotten more and more loose up under the driver seat. Anytime I turn or hit a bump I feel it bump up against my butt under the seat. Took my car in for routine maintenance. My service advisor, David, was helpful in answering all of my questions and he is nice. Car checked out okay and everything went well. Took about a little over an hour for the service, which was great. I conveniently paid online, just have your receipt handy to show the clerk it was paid. Everything was efficient.

The service team was amazing. I had an issue with my vehicle and needed to take it in ASAP. The team went out of their way to help resolve the issue quickly and get me back on the road. My service advisor went above and beyond, and it was truly appreciated.
