My car was rear ended & true to their word, my car was returned within the 8-9 days specified with updates to keep me aware. The encounters were pleasant & courteous from start to finish. From Janet who did the photos & initial paper work to Kim the receptionist & Roman the manager. As an added bonus my car was nicely washed & vacuumed. Looking like it was detailed.
