I took it for a test drive and asked to try another car. He pulled it out, no questions asked. I compared the two and tried the first one again. He put up with my indecision and was very relaxed. I scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment for a routine oil change and tire replacement and arrived early at 12:50 PM. About 30 minutes into the service, I was informed that the dealership did not have the tire in stock and would need to outsource it — adding an extra hour and a half to the wait time. Throughout the process, I received very few updates, and as of 4:22 PM, I’m still waiting for my vehicle. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I scheduled the appointment in advance and made it clear I needed the tire replaced.
