I think this is my second review. If you're going for a buying experience, I would 100% recommend this dealership. Everyone on the sales side is experienced and you’ll likely get a great deal. However, if you’re going for a repair, I would consider other options. My wife and I brought her car in to have a tire patched and to get a rotation. We were told there was nothing wrong with the tire and that the pressure gauge must have been malfunctioning. I had my doubts, but I figured they were the experts. About a week later the tire was down to 24 PSI. We filled it back up, and another week later it was low again. This time I took it to Pep Boys, where they immediately found a nail in the tire and patched it. My theory is that during the rotation the dealership checked the wrong tire and a

I came in with some complaints I wanted fixed under warranty at 52K miles. To my surprise, they gave me ZERO hassle, agreed with the complaints I had, and fixed them all for zero dollars out of my pocket. That was such a refreshing surprise. That fact alone made me feel happy I bought Hyundai. Great experience. Took longer than they originally quoted but I didn’t need to have the car those days anyway

I came several times for a seatbelt recall for my Hyundai palisade 2024. They didn’t notify us about this seat belt recall, I found out on my own in October 2025 and it still doesn’t have a solution for the repair for new seatbelts. It’s a huge safety concern during an accident as it states on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration where you can look up your vin # and see if your vehicle has a recall. They still have us driving the vehicle knowing that the seatbelts will not work during an accident. I’m very disappointed.

Labor rate is way too high for the quality of work performed here. My wife will be taking her palisade to Leesburg next time. Oily Fingerprints were everywhere and I got to reset my own maintainence interval when I left

If you think it's normal to pay $225 to $250 an hour for labor come to this dealership for service. If you think it's normal to pay $250 for them to hook up a computer to your car and tell you what's wrong with your car come to this dealership to service your car. Hey but guess what? the cost for diagnosing your car goes down to $140 if you decide to stick it out and pay for their overpriced labor!
