As soon as I pulled up, Payton came out to greet me. I told him what I was interested in and he showed me a few options. When I mentioned that my husband needed to see it, he offered to let me drive it home. After getting home and showing my husband we had many questions. I was able to text Payton and he answered all of my questions and even worked up a price for me. Some of this texting was even after hours. I had a very pleasant experience working with the staff at this dealership. It was very seamless. I got the trade-in value of my car as my first offer. There was no pressure when I told them I had to go home and check on my dogs. I told them I wanted to think about it because it’s a big decision. There was no pressure on me to purchase a car before walking out. I really appreciated that. Chris was very good at explaining everything about the car and he was very patient. Abijah was excellent, very informative, not forceful or coercive, and overall made the experience of purchasing a vehicle super easy. From test drive to purchase i felt like the options were all mine and I made the best informed decision for me. Finance was also very helpful in explaining everything and made the paperwork simple and efficient. This is how the car buying experience should be everytime. Will have them at the top of my list should I wish to get a car in the future.
