Hyundai of Orange Park Parts Department

I have two brands of vehicles and had many brands/types of vehicles in my lifetime. Having said that, Hyundai has the worst service departments I have had to deal with. My Hyundai hybrid is no longer working since it's engine had to be replaced due to load bearing issues with battery system. After turning in my vehicle I was unable to get ahold of the maintenance department even though I left them countless texts and called Hyundai several times to request a call back. I had to drive there myself in a different vehicle to get them to help me out. After many apologies then they answered my questions, but my questions could have been answered over the phone, yet they never answer their phones or bother to call back customers. I went in for my rear window not going down. Was told that the part was 1600 dollars. I couldn’t afford it so they told me they would put it back on track until I could afford the part. I picked my car up after them having it for two days and my window was taped. I asked the person could I remove the tape and was told yes. I went home and removed the tape and my window went down again. I paid 180.00 for tape? And when I called and spoke with Meghan she was rude and unwilling to help me. Will never go back. Ever

What an absurd policy of having to order parts in person. So for a single screw you don't keep in stock, I need to drive in, wait for it to be delivered, and then drive back in?

I recently bought a car from here and have had nothing but problems every one tells you what you want to hear & nobody want to do what needs to be done here I do not recommend buying/servicing a car here you will be ripped off!
