Hyundai Service

Good customer service. The drop off was great, friendly, easy. The pick up was a little off and not coordinated well.

Super friendly staff. Definitely better than the Doral location

Would give zero if i could, was told by salesperson to bring car in for first service oil change, the first service peron in at 7:45am could care less and responded could not be done and doesn't know when, not even if could be done this week without even giving me an appointment, he could really care less, only response was one of the girls would call after me repeatedly trying to understand when it may be possible. This is my first hyandai and based on this treatment do not recommend, especially since first 3 years of service are supposed to be included. After owning all makes of new vehicles this is the first time i feel like the service folks can care less. Btw, they made a point of repeating that sales departament has NOTHING to do with the service department.

Service was ok but some personnel was not. I went in to report no soap in bathroom and let them know handicap dispenser is gone and there is none on the outside. She told me they know about the handicap dispenser “it has been broken for a long time”. So where is it they want them to wash hands? Where do employees wash/soap their hands?

I'm always treated with high regards and get service in a timely manner 🙂
