I took my car for the service first time. The service executive was very friendly. There was no overselling any services. My car battery was kind of dead and requested the technician to check it. Surprisingly the result was that the battery was still good. Yesterday one auto parts store told that the battery is dead and needed for a replacement. I really appreciate the service rendered.

Craig has been EXTREMELY helpful! I had a plethora of issues dealing with CarMax.. Lotttts of back and forth. When I brought my car in to be serviced, Craig was on it. Open communication, timely responses, raw and honest about what was going on, and very personable. I'm sure he has enough work, but definitely ask for craig! Will be coming here for any future needs for sure :)

Service was performed as expected for an oil change and tire rotation. As always top tier service experience! However, I was informed on my arrival that there is a service update required for the vehicle computer system. The update was not mentioned by the service department person when I scheduled my appointment. I asked how long it will take? About 45 to 60 minutes depending on the speed of the vehicle computer said the service desk person. He added that the oil change and tire rotation could not be done without the computer upgrade being done during this appointment as well. I did not budget for an extra hour in my schedule this morning. Reluctantly, I agreed to proceed with the work. This extra hour spent waiting in your showroom was very inconvenient. I called in the afternoon & had an appt for that evening. When we came, they had already brought the car around. Alex was professional yet helped us relax & enjoy the experience. We took a ride in the car & loved the car. It was in great condition and at a great price. The process of purchasing the car was efficient & not time consuming. We met the manager and the financial associate was also pleasant & knowledgable. I’m very happy with my purchase!

The service was incredible, Don, Johnyae and Phoenix did a great job of walking me through everything. Johnaye did a great job of giving me the best possible numbers for my insurance and car note.
