IAA Vehicle Purchasing

I went to pick up a car at 8:30am at the place they have in Vineland and my car was not there but in the other yard they have in Boggy Creek and I was waiting for more than 40 minutes for the Forklift operator. I called the operator and her justification was to tell me that this place does not have opening hours, it is disrespectful.

If I could give this auction no star I would It's messy dirt and parts everywhere . You have to either pay for $100 for a membership for a year or $75 for a day I drove 2 hours to see a car and was then told I wasn't able to view it unless it's worth 5,000 dollars every time I go there's always a probably the very first time I went she took an hour to process my payment and paper and miss the cars running ,the cars are always broke and mess up when I get there but online look magnificent I paid 200 for absolutely no reason to register my business here and I've called everyday twice a day and I'm never able to reach anyone for customer service ever !!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED AND WASTE YOUR TIME !!

Staff is friendly and the loader is fast and accurate.

Receptionist answering phone is not very helpful.
