Jim is a class act. Our van broke down on July Fourth weekend on our way back from vacation. We weren’t for the area, but Jim was polite, professional and set reasonable expectations for the repair. He got it done quickly and reasonably priced. Very happy that we found Ibb’s and highly recommend them!

When I first came to Connecticut, I needed a brake job, and everywhere I called quoted me nearly double what Jim @ Ibb's quoted me. They then proceeded to do the job and got me out of there for even less than what they quoted over the phone. Since then, I've been going back for everything that I can't do myself, and they always do a great job and are more than fair with their pricing. Quality work, quality parts, and an awesome staff all add up to what is quite frankly the best garage I have ever done business with in my life. Just bring Jim a bottle of good whiskey, and they will get you squared away right! 😉

Ibb's is the auto service shop you hope you'll run into anytime your car is in trouble. My 3 friends, an infant, and I were stranded on our way back from Boston and after being quoted $700+ by Oceanside Auto, we found Ibb's while desperately searching local shops. The hand of God brought us to Ibb's Auto Service. Jim and everyone on the staff are down to Earth and real. They're loud, the laugh, they're encouraging, and they're fair with their prices. Although Ibb's is a smaller shop than Oceanside, the people are genuinely nice. Even though they could have taken full advantage of our situation (as Oceanside Auto did) they had compassion on us and charged us what was fair for the labor and alternator. Brought in vehicle for something that should take less than 2 hours. Ibbs Auto Service kept my vehicle for over a week without contacting me or updating me. When I received my vehicle back, it was tampered with and had parts removed from it. You thought you could outsmart me but you only fooled yourself. Shame on the owner and workers who were involved in this.
