What a wonderful business owner! We called after hours on a weeknight, and he responded promptly. He also tried to troubleshoot with us over the phone, so we could actually get the car started ourselves. Can’t say enough nice things about a business that will do that.

Don’t tow they charge outrageous price $495 for 10 miles. Let me add more to it since owner replied and made it sound like it is ok to charge. I will give them 0 stars for the "price and conversation". Note: please read all the bulleted points 1. I had my friend on the way to pick me up. 2. it was not heavy rain. No rain at all when he picked up and dropped me. 3. I did not know any body shop so, I didn't told him to take any but called my insurance and then which ever shop they will advice me I will take it their. They told me to wait for 24 hours until they call me. 4. he was not willing to give my car keys, he was holding it until I made the full payment. 5. He told me it was 145 flat fee and $5 per mile but got me $495. 6. It was barely 10 min drive and he sounded like it took him

I’m leaving this review because my car was towed 7.5 miles for $997.00, and I was overcharged for services I didn’t even receive. I didn’t get a tire change—it was simply a tow. This experience taught me that I need to speak up, especially when dealing with someone like this, even though I was desperate to get home. When I reached out to express my concerns, Kevin spent a lot of time justifying the charges, exaggerating what happened, and seemingly believing his version of events was the truth. What’s even more troubling is that when I asked for a refund of the $145 for the tire change that never happened, he threatened legal action if I pursued a chargeback. way to go. Kevin, if you’re reading this, I hope you take this as a moment to reflect. You’ve put so much energy into justifying

The person that answered my call was rude and canceled the call while I was talking 🥸 so rude I am deeply concerned about your unprofessional handling of my personal information. They responded to a call no one else wanted to take at 3;am on a Sunday morning. Communication was great along with good service and response.
