My experience with ICARS was EXCEPTIONAL! Sammie General Manager and Ceasar Sales Manager went beyond my expectations with customer service. From the phone, test drive, to buying process of the car. The car I purchased had some maintenance that needed to be done. Sammie completed it with no problem. I HIGHLY recommend this car dealership to anyone looking for a car.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Derrick, one of the salesmen, came across as extremely pushy and unprofessional. He seemed more focused on making a quick sale than genuinely helping me find a reliable vehicle. The cars on the lot were in poor condition, and it’s clear the staff is aware of this but still chooses to sell them anyway. Be cautious—there are practices here that feel misleading, and I left feeling like they were more interested in taking my money than providing a quality service. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy car-buying experience.
