iCars Westport

Brian was excellent from start to finish! After losing my Lexus ES after an accident, it was a miracle I saw a listing for a very similar one after hours and inquired. I received an email back the next day as soon as they opened. I put a deposit on it, test drove, and before I knew it I was driving home in my new car. Brian made the entire process fast and stress free! He always responded promptly to my questions throughout the process and I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you again to Brian and iCars!

Very happy with the car I got. I think a lot of people forget they are buying a used car and expect to drive home with a brand new car. I read these reviews and I am shocked at how unrealistc some people are. Always do your own research before you trust a review from a girl whos headlight blew out 8 months after buying it cuz you might miss out on a great deal and I will 1000% tell you, I love these guys. They even got me floor mats and painted a door handle for me even though I didnt ask. Thanks guys!

Bought a car from here in June this year and by October it was in the shop with an engine failure. It was outside of the month warranty so I didn't expect a trade in or anything but was looking for assistance with getting a shop referral and working with the warranty company in good faith. After speaking with Brian who sold me the car, who initially didn't want to help at all and simply stated and what do you want me to do and got defensive. I told him I was just looking for help as he sold me a car who's engine failed within a few months. After some back and forth he agreed to help me find a shop and a tow to the shop he felt would be able to do the work and said he would call me back. I gave him a few days as shops are busy and it can take time and I understand that but he never rea

I wanted to wait a year before giving this review. They let me bring my mechanic to look at the bmw and when i say they serviced it i mean my shop was impressed. I found this place after dealing with the typical sales tactics and non transparency from the big lot next door. The price was competitive for today’s market and there was absolutely no pressure to buy and they gave me advice on fixing my credit which brought me from Low 500’s to low 700’s. Very solid guys and i still have this beast today!

After going to many different used car dealers in the area, including Raynham, New Bedford and Swansea, my son and I were not impressed. We came across iCars Auto for a specific vehicle, and from the moment we walked in the shop, Brian, was welcoming easy to talk to, and understood what we were looking for. We ended up buying a vehicle here and have had a good experience so far plus good communication. Brian helped us with issues that came up with the car, and quickly resolved them. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle shop, with good customer service, and no hassle environment.
