I went in for a servicing and a small repair, and they fixed my drainage problem and let me know that my AC did not need servicing at that time! NO CHARGE! How often do you get that level of honesty in the world today? Great folks, highly recommend these folks.

I have been going to ice cold air for 2 years; and have always been more than satisfied. Joey is a tech there, is very experienced and has worked on my 2012 Express several times....they do more than a/c work, they do it ALL! Joey just did an oil pan gasket job, a couple of weeks ago he put 2 fuse boxes in, and last September it was a water pump and fan clutch assembly.....and always my van in and out in 1 day. AWESOME!

This was the worst experience I have had since my husband DIED🤦‍♀️!! I had to much helpful information to give for a written review so please see and read all the attached photos, so that you don't leave out with a "HOT CAR FROM HELL- GOING TO THIS PLACE." I had very bad 'Mis- diagnosis" over and over and over again! That cost MONEY! I went there so many times with the same issue that I started out with and paid to get repaired. I spent practically $1500.00 and still had a hot car! Thank God for the HONDA Dealership, videos, photos, American Express and etc. This helped me to get my money back quickly.
