I purchased a SUV at the time I didn’t know the windshield needed to be replaced before I picked up the SUV. After I arrived and brought to their attention, arrangements were supposed to be made to get it down but after a month I’m still getting the run around.

My experience at ICOAL ENTERPRISE was really great. There was never a rush or pressure by Malcom or his sales manager. I appreciate the family thoughtful caring atmosphere of this lot vs the pressure and "torment" that I have felt and experienced over the last few weeks at the bigger corporate lots. They did not have the very specific car (close) I was looking for that day and started searching. I cannot comment on the issues that others had as I have my cars checked out by my own mechanic and take on the self responsibility of purchasing a car as it is a big deal. I was treated with respect from my first call and conversation with Malcolm, to meeting and test driving.

Worked with Charles and Dre when purchasing an Audi A7, and the service was amazing. They fixed an issue with the car and replaced a tire before I signed any paperwork. They worked with me through different financing/warranty options and made the whole process easy. Normally I don't like going through dealerships, but I would recommend the guys at ICOAL to anyone! Just purchased a 2003 Honda from Icoal Enterprise and I must say, it was a great experience working with Ike and Tinell. These guys have a great customer service, great sense of humor, and honest approach upfront about everything. My questions were answered to my satisfaction and I was able to negotiate the price down a little (fair) and they cleaned it up, had it detailed inside/out.
