The engine fell out of the car because the subframe was so rusted. It fell out while I was driving it. The dealership did nothing to help me. I had the car for two years and still owed money to the bank on it because I financed it I found out today the car is no longer drivable, and I still owe money to the bank on it. Do not buy a car from this dealership. This dealership does not care about you. This dealership does not care about you do not. I already put $5500 into getting the subframe fixed in the front of the car. The subframe in the back was going to cost another $3500 that I no longer had money to put into the car aside from the fact. I had an amazing experience buying a used car here! I was a first time car buyer with a low budget and they exceeded expectations! They helped me finance a 2013 Chevy Equinox and it runs amazing for how much I paid for it. Definitely recommend going here if you need a used car and don't want to feel scammed after.

listen, its a great car with so far not too many issues besides tires need changed or ac/heating issues, the suspension needs to be worked on, BUT from my knowledge so far, my warranty should cover that. unfortunately positives end here 🫩 They sold me the wrong tesla model trim unfortunately. Yes this is my first tesla and i am new to tesla and ive been desperately searching for a performance model before the tax credit for evs ended, but from the kelly blue book paperwork to my financing paperwork as well. it really says its a performance model and thats the original msrp they went off of as well. whether the auctioneer had the wrong information or paper work has absolutely nothing to do with me and even then that means the auctioneer probably scammed/mistaken this dealership themselve

Dishonest representation of a vehicle. None of pictures actually showed the exterior damage to the vehicle. None of the issues with the vehicle were disclosed in many of the emails and text messages exchanged between the dealership and myself. I drove an hour to go check out this vehicle to find that the front headlight was broken, the entire front quarter panel on both sides was bent. The frame on the bottom was bent the back bumper had a crack in it and underneath the car it had a crack in it and it also had an oil leak none of which was disclosed prior to me driving an hour to see the vehicle with my own eyes. This kind of customer service is why people can’t stand car dealerships and car salespeople.

Had a great experience purchasing a Suburban from Icon Auto Group! Jordan was responsive to all of my questions and was not overly persistent as he waited for our decision. Once we decided to move forward with the purchase Jordan moved everything along quickly and smoothly, even allowing us to look over the vehicle with even more detail and another test drive the day of the sale. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a full tank of gas the day it was purchased, but that’s small potatoes in the scheme of the overall deal :) Thank you, Jordan!
