I have been taking my vehicle to Jim's for awhile. A year ago I had about $3000 worth of engine work done. Last week I called to get some brake work done and mentioned I had an oil leak. They messaged me and told me a gasket was leaking and it would be fixed under warranty. I had zero idea it would be covered. Never crossed my mind. It's hard to find this type of honestly and integrity these days. Thank you for taking care of your customers. You are so appreciated!

Mike does a great job! He has always been so great to my mom! I’m posting this review as just a few days before Christmas his team stops what they are doing to replace her battery! They are not only honest but 💯 reliable!!

I had taken my car to another shop to get an estimate. My options were limited for various reasons. Mike from Jim's Service listened. His estimate was over $1,000 cheaper. They had looked at all the supposed repairs per the first estimate and determined that several items did not need to be replaced.
