I want to warn everyone about Icon Auto Repair in Pontiac because trusting this shop was one of the biggest mistakes we’ve ever made. My husband and I trusted them to fix our car, but it sat there from the end of June until recently only finally being fixed in September. Throughout this entire process, we felt gaslit and ignored. We even explained to Cam how we were renting a car weekly because ours was in their shop, and he assured us he understood and would make sure they rushed to get the necessary information and work done.
