Jeff was very helpful and informative when it came done to the pricing and updates about my vehicle. Top notch service. I give ICON an overall 10 stars, everyone was very helpful and professional from the moment I stepped through the door. ICON maybe the name on the building, but it's the employees that makes it ICONIC!! Thank you all.. She looking like her self again!!

This place did a horrible job on my 2024 Nissan Sentra left scratches and swirl marks all in paint painted my passenger side door too thick my paint chipped. Did not plug back in my keyless entry on my passenger side door. Do use Icon I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog. I’ll leave pictures of the poor work they did.

Thanks to Britt, Jeff & Roger for all their help at Icon repairing my car. My advisor was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He had one of their mechanics, Roger, to explain how they would repair my car and he even told me about another problem I had not related to my repair job so the dealer could repair it under warranty. Jeff told me when the car work would be completed and he gave my car back 3 days early so I was able to return my rental car without getting charged for the extra days. The receptionist, Earlene was very professional too! Thanks guys for all your help.

Icon was recommended by Audi Memphis. They were fantastic! Communication was excellent during the process. Car looks brand new! They even detailed the inside. I honestly thought I was in the wrong car. Thank you Icon and Joe!

ICON did an excellent job on my repair. I want to compliment Joe Morris and everyone I met connected for being so professional as well as courteous. They kept me connected with what was going on and the time frame involved. It was completed much quicker than I had anticipated. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service.
