I purchased a 2018 Denali back in July a super clean beautiful truck. We had a few hurdles to overcome with the process but I can say Zach worked his tail off and kept his word on everything to make sure everything was done. I’ve purchased plenty of cars from various large and small dealerships, this was by far my favorite experience. The communication and customer service is what set this dealership apart. I flew in from FL, they arranged transportation from the airport to the dealership at no cost to me. Absolutely no pressure at all, they handed me the keys for a test drive, they even gave me a full tank of gas at no cost to me. Some well known huge car dealerships didn’t give me the same customer service and care that this local dealership did. I highly recommend Y2K, very upfront and honest, top notch customer service.

Searched for nearly a whole month for a 2015-2019 diesel GMC Denali , stumbled across this place on Carfax and decided to give “Iconic Autos” in Sykesville MD who had exactly what I was looking for, a call. Right from the start , before even seeing the truck in person , the staff at “Iconic Autos” were very helpful and polite , giving every detail of the truck I wanted to know and also sent me any type of pictures I wanted of the vehicle , they were 100% genuine and honest and I was amazed when I saw the condition of the truck in person.
