I selected this shop based on the expectation of honesty, competence, and basic business ethics. Unfortunately, my experience demonstrated the opposite. I paid for new parts and later confirmed used parts were installed. My truck was kept far longer than the agreed timeline, with excuse after excuse and shifting completion dates. As well as being charged for work that was never actually done (including a $1300 “ceramic coating” that was in fact just a $40 wax)—a fact that became clear only after inspecting the vehicle and verifying with another professional. Due to the seriousness of these issues, the matter was resolved through legal action, which concluded in my favor. Communication was misleading at best and dishonest at worst. Did a paint correction and ceramic coat on my c5 corvette. Turned out amazing! The ceramic coat is really nice for washing the car and the paint looks great! Jeff is very open about his schedule and even stayed late to finish my car for a show. Overall great service.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Iconic Image when I hired them to wrap two vehicles in December 2024. The owner, Jeff, offered a discount for upfront payment and partial cash, totaling $9,300 ($3,900 on December 17, 2024, and $5,400 on December 19, 2024, including $2,400 in cash). He rushed me to pay ASAP to avoid holiday delays for the material, and I did. He also promised materials would arrive by late December and both vehicles would be completed by early January 2025. After payment, the service fell apart. Jeff repeatedly delayed, citing issues like late materials, insufficient orders, defective materials, and personal illness (twice). Jeff and Hunter did an AMAZING job with my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. It truly looks better than new after they worked their magic with the ceramic coating. I HIGHLY recommend. I couldn’t be more impressed with the people, the experience, and the results. Having them upgrade my Wrangler was an excellent decision… and it will be shining for years to come. Thanks guys 🙏

Got the 10 year ceramic coating done on my 2021 f150. Just wanted to say, wow! The reflection of the highway signs on the hood is incredible! Pictures don't do it justice, it's so clear that you could read the signs off the hood. Also, going through the car wash, all the dirt and bugs just wash right off with no effort. I highly recommend going through Jeff, he is a honest guy that cares about perfection
