If I could rate zero stars I would !! Let’s start with the company only being opened Monday-Thurs. I picked my car up on Friday so for an entire weekend I had to go without my license plate. on Monday at 8 am I called to collect my personal items and was told that appointments to collect personal items were only made after 10. The supervisor was very rude about it when I called & insisted on calling back because they were too busy. Based on other reviews this is a typical experience & many ppl hve even experienced theft. Atp, I will be meeting them with the police & if any of my items are missing I will be pressing charges.

Worked with me to get my personal property that they took out of the vehicle. I had to make an appointment for it, but they do have same day appointments available. Best to call early in the morning to confirm openings.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They will work with you to pick up your personal property. It may not be the same day but they will have it done. They are by appointment only, so call ahead and make sure you have your VIN handy. I called in to make sure all places in my car were searched by the agent and they reassured me everything would be in my property bag and if something would come up missing, they will check on the spot. They're human. Don't read the other reviews about stealing. Act like an adult and be respectful! I witnessed another person picking up their property screaming at one of the office members, calling them names and dumped out their property bag in front of them.. like why be that way. Went thru my personal belongings and ruined my back tire

the customer service wasn’t bad, but when i picked up the items from my car, i noticed a few items missing, one of them being my work keys?? which i don’t understand how since they grabbed things that were in the same spot as them and put those in the bag. by the time i looked through everything and realized what was missing they were closed so i chucked it as a loss but dang :(
