Worst place ever, those techs they have working their don’t take care of your vehicle. They break things and Ideal GMC Robb Mercer says they can’t do anything. My side fender flew off while on the interstate, gladly no one was near. We take care of our vehicles and entrust them with these ppl and once out the there, oh we didn’t touch that. Thank you to Rob and Jake in the Service Dept on Sat, Oct 25. I truck a Deer on Saturday morning on I-70 while on my way to PA to visit my daughter. I stopped in the Service Lane with my Ford EcoSport to ask for a quick assessment to be sure I didn't have any Radiator damage. There were no warning lamps on to indicate there was an issue, but I wanted a 2nd opinion. Rob didn't see anything of real concern and had Jake a service tech take a look as well. Damages appear to be cosmetic for the most part . They taped up my Bumper Cover and Headlamp to secure them for my travel. Gary Barber was very helpful! Two years ago and then again about 8 months ago, I discussed with him a trade and to upgrade my current vehicle. He advised me when the timing would be better and got in exactly what I wanted for my next vehicle. Then, (because I had originally decided to wait until next year to purchase) he sent me a surprise text that he was able to negotiate more on my trade to cover the new tires I had just invested in. Salesman and Finance teams were nice and professional. The Sales Manager needs professional training on how to speak to buyers. Honestly, we almost walked out of the dealership immediately when he came over with him attitude and aggressiveness. Additionally, he insisted on trying to tell us our vehicle had no value and that they needed to add more value to the new car than what it was worth. Complete scam. I will never recommended this dealership to anyone. Perhaps some personal skills and communication skills training would help this sales manager.
