Horrible Customer Service from supposedly the best aftermarket column company. Bought a column we used for mock up in 2021 and just getting the car back together now after restoration and are having column issues. There are no detents in the ignition to tell what position you are in. We are running EFI and there is no power for ignition between the start and run positions, so after it starts, the computer shuts off. We were told we need a different relay kit for it, so I bought the $200 dollar Ididit relay kit to put in the different relays. We are still having the start issues along with ignition seeming to cut out and come back while its running. Called Ididit, they said to send the column back so they can upgrade it to newer parts. IDIDIT may have been a great company at one point in time. But their customer service is horrible. I was told 8 to 12 weeks on a custom column build. Which meant 12 weeks was the beginning of August 2024. It is now the 2nd week of October and I still don't have my steering column. I called in early August to get an ETA. They told me the parts were at the powder coater. I waited three weeks. Called them again. They told me the column was at the powder coater. I told them that's what they said three weeks ago. Then they blamed the delay on machinery breakdowns. So I waited until the last week of September and called back. They told me it would be shipping the next week. Which would have been the first week of October. After not hearing anything last week. I called today 10-09-2024. They told

Everyone at this company has been very helpful. From selecting the correct steering gear, to the tech support, and getting serviceable components after installation. Highly recommend!
