Sudzy Duz It Car Wash

Got car washed today. Blowers did poor job of drying windows so I stopped in lot to dry car and lots of salt still on car.....wish membership included vacuum and cloths like competition.

Just had my truck through there and stop to look at it and am shocked at how poorly of a job it did. I paid for the best they offer and if this is there best then I would tell everyone to go somewhere else. I will not be returning. I could have continued to take pictures but didn't want to waste anymore of my time over there poor work. Update now have going through car wash for a third time in hopes that it does the job right. After the second time I paid for it truck came out covered in soap.

The last 3 times I've used this car wash, I felt a bit ripped off. I work in four different cities around the area and use car washes constantly. $15 is the priciest car wash at all of them but this place by far gives you the worst wash. This last time I drove home and saw the worst spotting I've ever seen. The no spot rinse is a lie. It looked way worse than when it was a little dirty. Believe it or not, the photo was 5 minutes after the wash when I got home (no dirt roads).

I visited the Tecumseh location if there is other ones I paid $19 with my credit card not realizing that that part of the car wash wasn’t open on Sunday and now I’m finding it very difficult to get anybody to contact to get my money back because I didn’t get the wash I show up today the 19th a Tuesday. The website says they’re open till seven. It’s 530 and they’re closed. It’s very unprofessional and borderline criminal. This place is a garbage establishment.

I get the monthly package. I live on a dirt road and it is well worth it. The staff takes time and really sprays it off well before I go through. I really appreciate it. They do a much better job than the Zippy washes. Well worth sticking to this small business! Thank you!!
