The service here is absolutely IMPECCABLE. I just purchased a 2015 Buick enclave from their sales associate Penny McMurray and I recommend anyone looking for a car to go see them over at Idom auto. I went in with not the best credit and Jordan and Penny truly went above and beyond to make sure I drove off in a vehicle that fit my specifications (mileage year etc.),budget and WARRANTY!!! Not to mention she ran like a champ on the 4 hour drive home. I’m looking forward to being part of the Idom family. As Jordan told me signing the paperwork buying a car shouldn’t be hard.

My experience with IDOM Auto Sales raised some concerns for me. The sales manager, Scott Powell, explained that the owner drops the price $100 each week until a vehicle sells. That helped explain why some vehicles appeared to be priced above typical retail at first and then adjusted after sitting for around 40 days. During the buying process, the finance side didn’t feel as smooth as it was presented. There was quite a bit of back-and-forth on the phone, and it didn’t feel as straight forward as we were told it would be. The salesperson we worked with was polite, but she didn’t seem very familiar with the vehicle she was showing, which made it harder to feel fully confident. I had a great experience purchasing my new 4Runner. Penny was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She made buying my vehicle easy and stress-free, answering all my questions and never pressuring me. I left with a great deal and a car I love. She made sure it was detailed and had a full tank when I pulled off. As well as helping to solve minor issues after my purchase.
