Ryan Honda Service

So I have had 3 years of terrible service from ryan honda service and sales. What I'm seeing is if you say you had a poor experience they route you to send them a comment....if you tap excellent service they send to Google and Facebook for a review....I hit excellent to inform people how deceitful the platform is. As I write this review I want to stress we have been ryan Chevrolet customers for over 20 years with no complaints the Chevrolet side has excellent service! My story starts over 3 years ago i picked out a honda accord....my Chevrolet salesman took care of us and we loved the car. My first oil change I made appt and got oil change went to leave and they stopped me and said it would be over 100 dollars. I had to let them know no maam...it's free....and yes she looked it up and

Anna was amazing!! I’m very pleased with the way she was able to get my service appointment set up quickly and efficiently. She was very personable and did everything she could to make sure I was happy and well taken care of! I’m also pleased with the work we had done.

I admire Berkly she is the best. I am new in town and just started working at at. Francis hospital. Berkly gave me the best customer service one could Have imagine. She was on top of everything and kept me informed throughout the service. Thank u for your kind hospitality.

Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly. The service writer made sure to tell me that they were short technicians that do so it might take longer than anticipated to complete my services. I appreciated that information because that allowed me to contact someone to pick me up so I didn’t have to sit there all day. Drop off and pick up was super easy and prices were fair.

My service representative kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle repairs. I was given the option to obtain battery at dealer or to provide a battery on my own. This was a nice cost saving for me. Repairs were completed in a very good timely manner.
