The only reason why they got one star is because you can’t leave a review with that one otherwise they would’ve received -ones from me I just spent over $100 to receive a dirty wet interior back. The rearview mirror was never touched. The display screen was never touched. The cupholders had monkey water in them. The floor mats because they are rubber were cleaned very well, but I will leave another review after they dry as will Do so for the seats as well. Totally unacceptable total waste of money total rip off not happy in the least oh and the windows have streaks merry Christmas to all

I brought my car today. Paid for the works. My wheels were still dirty. I didn't smell any was and my quarter panels were still dirty. I gave a $10 Tip. I know thery work hard. I had to finish one of my wheels myself. I won't ever go back

Had my car washed for $32.00 I’ve been coming there for a long time. They put way to much tire sine on the tires and my white car looks like a spotted paint job. I went back and asked the gentleman at the entrance to please run the car through so all of this tire shine they put on my tires could wash off my car. The guy tells me OK we can wash it off and we won’t do the tires that’ll be $30. I said you’re not understanding me. It’s called Customer Service. You washed my car, my car is filthy now with your tire shine and you want me to pay for that to have it removed? The man tells me “yes you have to pay”. So I spoke to the manager, he tells me the same thing. Well, guess what, I’ll never ever go there again. You need to learn how to treat your customers properly. Customers beware.

old guy always wearing the ”I love Jesus” hat is wearing it only for tips, never says thank you or anything when you tip him, super rude always. And he took forever to dry my mirrors and they ended up freezing before he got to them, and he tried leaving without even attempting to clean them off so I asked him nicely if he could dry it off, and he just shook his head at me and walked away. 1st picture of of my car the Supra valued at 150k and my buddies Skyline valued at 50k. Both of our cars went to this respectable place as we are not letting anyone just touch our cars. I did clay around scratch removal and waxing on the exterior. Interior was vacuum and cleaned up nicely. My buddy did a similar job aswell. They let you stay with the car and have benches where we can see every step of the way. I myself am absolutely comfortable leaving my car with them unattended after a fantastic experience once. Left my bag in the office not noticing and after the owner reviewed the footage gave me a call on one of my buisness cards from my bag. Now I had credit cards, cash jewelry and other valuables that could clearly go missing in any other place. But one of his workers did the right
