IIDeal Motors LLC

I was shopping for a car for my daughter and went to seven different dealerships in one day. I ended up at ideal Motors. I was glad I did. Antonio seem to be a very honest individual and had a reasonable assortment of cars. He was very accommodating, and had the car ready for a test drive. He was very Attentive in provided great service. After I made the purchase an issue was discovered with the vehicle. Antonio stepped up and made it right, and I was very appreciative. I would recommend going to see him if you're looking for a reasonably priced used car.

We ran into an issue, but Ideal Motors handled the situation in a very professional manner. The owner was an excellent communicator and did whatever it took to resolve my concerns and make things right. I truly appreciate the customer service and integrity.”

Stay away from this used car lot! I bought a Toyota Avalon from them thinking everything was good with the car because it had a fresh inspection, but come to find out the frame was completely rusted out & unsafe to drive. Luckily I was told about about the rusted frame from a mechanic when I got a tire rotation b4 possibly getting in a accident. I reached out to the owner asking could he resolve the issue & his response was u bought the car 9 months ago & he refused to work something out with me. Only reason it took so long for me to find out about the rusted frame was because I hadn't had it on a car lift until the tire rotation. I felt it wasn't a need to check the undercarriage of the car because the car was inspected by their lot, so I thought I was buying a safe reliable car. Don't bu

Sold me a subaru with oil leaking from engine. said his mechanics would patch it. Only for it to continue leaking weeks later. After that I had to buy a new battery and keep pouring oil in it. The car broke down after 3 months. Wouldn't recommend this place.

I had to get on this platform and shout out the salesmen Tony and Oscar. I am a lifelong customer who has bought 12 vehicles from this dealership over the past 6 years. These gentleman shoot straight from the hip and have even fixed issues with cars purchased when they weren’t legally obligated to do a thing more. These men are special and I have sent family and friends to them as well. I even sent my police chief here to pick up ex police interceptor vehicles 🚗 for a great price and he was highly impressed! You will do well to give this company a chance with your business ! You’ll be treated like family ! Jay owens
