Unresponsive customer service. I ordered parts from Bob's one of which was out of stock. When I called to find out where my order was because it has been almost a month since the order was placed I was informed that part of my order was back ordered and they had no estimated date for delivery. I requested that item be cancelled and the rest shipped. That was done and I received my partial order. Now 2 months several phone calls and several unanswered emails later I still have not received my refund. They are completely unresponsive.

Worst customer service possible. Ordered my parts and after a month of not receiving parts or shipping info called to be told it was a drop shipment and would be another 6 weeks. 6 weeks go by and when I call back I wait forever to talk to someone, they then tell me it still hasn’t shipped and they aren’t sure when (while they had already took my money). I told them to cancel and refund. They said they would but after another week no update or refund provided. So I call again to be told the refund will be 2-3 weeks. Finally I submitted a case to PayPal because from that point forward couldn’t get them to email me back. Finally got an email after I raised the case and was told they canceled the order but no one told them to refund and it would be another 3-5 days (like why would you not ref

One and done. I should have read the reviews first. I placed an order of which I recieved all but 3 of the most important items. I received no communication that these items would be placed on back order until I got my reciept with my order. I was then charged the shipping and handling charge as if my order was complete. The fed ex envelope my order came in was no more than $5 to ship leaving a $22 tip for the company. I have contacted the company with no return contact about my issue in a week.

The only reason I am leaving one star is because that was the lowest possible! This review is based solely on customer service since I still haven't received my part even though it was ordered on December 8, 2016 and charged to my card on December 9, 2016. When we didn't receive the part in a couple of weeks we called and were informed that it was ordered from another vendor and would be in about 2 weeks but that they would be closed for a couple of weeks through the holidays. All understandable. After the holidays it still didn't arrive so I called again and was told that it was on order and it would be about 2 more weeks. After those 2 weeks I called again and was told that no one ever ordered it but they would now so and it will be two more weeks and told me I should call their vendor m

Dont ever do business with these people. Never shipped my products always had an excuse of why there still not ready. Called for a refund of $1,900. Was told I would get it and never did. These guys are nothing but scam artist.
