This was my first and worst experience with a car dealership. At first glance, the service seemed friendly and welcoming. However, behind the polite communication was a final price that, in my experience, was significantly higher than the market. Important fees and charges were not clearly explained upfront, and some of them appeared only after the deal was already in progress.
