Husband and I bought a Tundra here two years ago and have had nothing but problems with it since day one. Reached out to Chris when it first started happening and he gave me the run around, treating me like I was a dumb girl who didn't know anything about cars or the car industry. My husband is a master mechanic, it's his JOB and I've worked in the industry for 10 years. We brought the truck back several times to have them "fix" it, only for the check engine light to come back on and for some bonehead mechanic to leave his tools AND old rags under the hood of the truck. This place is a joke. They delete bad reviews as well because trust me, I left one a few years back when this all started and it's magically gone. No wonder there Google rating is so good. My husband and I were shopping for a truck and came across Imperial Motors. When we called, Chris answered and was very professional. We went down to look at the truck we wanted, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Once we decided to purchase the truck, Christopher worked with both of us to get the best deal possible. I would recommend Imperial Motors 100%.

These guys are great!! I'm so happy with my car and their selection seems to be very carefully curated. All cars are super clean and well maintained. They even did the front brakes before I bought it because they were a bit rusty from sitting around. I will recommend this place to everyone looking for a decently priced used car

Worked with Chris over the phone, as we were coming from 3 hours away to look at a vehicle. I wanted to be sure we weren't being lured there to then find out about added fees. Imperial Motors was honest and upfront. The price was the price, he treated us well with our trade too. The vehicle was very clean for a 2018. We had it inspected by my usual shop upon purchasing it and getting it home. My mechanic said everything was brand new, brakes, tires, filters vehicle was in excellent condition!! Chris even had a local locksmith come to the lot to make us a second key before we left!!
