Imperial Toyota Parts Department

I bought a Honda Ridgeline from Imperial. They sold me a paint protection plan. It covers any scratches or parking lot dings, so they said. I asked if they would look at my vehicle about 1 1/2 years later. Then they said it doesn’t cover big scratches. There were no big scratches just minor stuff. I don’t think they even looked at it. Not satisfied.

Terrible place to buy a car. I bought a car and it was recalled; it's been there for a month and there's no estimated time for it to be fixed.

Each Imperial dealership seems to outdo the next. I called the new Imperial Toyota dealership in Milford to get a new tonneau cover for my nephew. I gave Dennis my part number and he ordered it telling me that it would be in the next day. The following day he texted that it was in and to come pick it up , just before I got in my truck Dennis called me and said," don't come in yet, go back in and order it on line through the Toyota website and the black Friday sale can save an additional $300". I did as he asked and saved an additional $300, this is the type of selfless service you can expect from an Imperial dealership.
