Imperial Wash and Detail

I have gone to the Imperial Wash and Detail for years. Most recently, the folks who work there are super thorough and professional. I had a rust spot on my car from a garage that leaked rust water into my hood, and they were able to get it off. They are always good about pre cleaning with their brush before the car goes through the car wash tunnel. On the other side they are good about drying too. I definitely recommend!

Took my 2012 Honda Accord in after months of buildup and went with the Imperial Wash — they did an awesome job. Didn’t even really check the outside until I got home and was pleasantly surprised with how clean it looked. Very happy with the service and would definitely go back!

I serviced my car at Imperial Toyota in Milford and got a complimentary car wash voucher for this place. Getting there wasn't as easy as expected as there were no signs showing the correct path to access the entrance. The line was long, but I was still excited for the service (I usually wash the car myself, so this was a new experience). I paid extra for the wax service, and soon it was done. My disappointment was as intense as my expectations: the spots that were dirty remained dirty, although now looking stained. I'm definitely not going back and I suggest you take your vehicle to somewhere where they actually get the job done.
