World Class Transmission

We had an amazing experience with World Class Transmission in Mendon. After a mix-up where the transmission fluid was accidentally drained and the engine oil overfilled by a friend. We took it Anchor Subaru who told us it needed a full transmission replacement and quoted thousands of dollars — money we simply didn’t have. We decided to get a second opinion and brought the car to World Class Transmission. They thoroughly checked everything and told us there was nothing wrong with the transmission, the fluid was fine, and they did not recommend replacing it. The transmission repair successfully relieved a lot of apprehension about the future of the 2014 Subaru. The communication about setting up an appointment, the estimate for the repair and the progress of the repair was done in a highly professional manner. A visit to the shop revealed a very clean and organized work space, another sign of the professional level of service provided by Kyle and his staff. The final price was $4 over the estimate and 1/2 the price the dealer was charging.
