I was so very pleased with HR and Import Auto of Knoxville, I've never had a better or easier car-buying experience. HR was immediately pleasant, accommodating and willing to work with me on the price I could afford, even over the phone. When I arrived at Import I saw every car looking immaculate, my kind of place. And when I spotted my prospect there was the great big red bow on the hood, making my day! Of course it helped that HR and his Dad fixed me a fabulous coffee! The next week after making my decision the paperwork was a breeze, it only took minutes since HR really knows his stuff.
