Wanted to give a huge shoutout to Dan & his team here at Import Service Center. Having a busted radiator on a long road trip with a schedule to keep, we headed here on the advice of a friend of a friend. They were able to get the parts ordered and received before we even pulled in, and we were back on the road in record time. These guys are absolute pros.

Dan is terrific. One of the only places I trust to work on my 1990 Volkswagen Vanagon in the area. They know what they're doing and it will be done right. I've had him do brake work, coolant flushing, oil seal replacement, and probably some other misc. stuff I'm forgetting. I would not hesitate to come back here when I need it no matter the issue. Prices seemed reasonable too. Highly recommended!

Dan was easy to work with, brought in a 2017 X5 for AC problem, got it charged and added dye to monitor. And as a bonus they pinpointed a check engine light issue that was a recall item on fuel tank sensor, got print outs of the bulletin and I went to dealer. Dealer redo the diagnose and the recall item was spot on so got it covered by manufacturer.

I had a very pleasant experience at this repair shop. I called for an estimate to have my CV joint boots replaced as was recommended by my Acura dealer. Dan's quote was significantly lower than the dealer so I took my car to him. He called me a few hours later to tell me the CV joint boots were fine and didn't need replacing. When I went to pick up to the car, he declined any kind of payment for his time. I would highly recommend this shop and plan to bring all my car needs here. This is an update on Dan's excellent service. We have continued to take our cars here and have been very happy with the work he does.
