This is THE go to place for all your foreign car needs!! Best customer service hands down! Honest and extremely knowledgeable re foreign cars. Great group of guys! I have been to many mechanics and shops in my life but this shop by far surpasses them all! In fact, im thinking of buying another foreign car. When the new car needs servicing, I have found my shop to do so!

We have been using Imports Unlimited for 20 years. They are a locally owned business and completely reliable. We recently serviced our Lexus there but also our Honda and Prius. My mother brought her Chrysler. They always explain what is going on with your car clearly and give you the options for repairing or not repairing. They make it convenient to schedule an appointment and will bring you home if you need a ride. I highly recommend their services.

My experience at Imports Unlimited was nothing but smooth. I initially called to determine why my engine light was on. Victor was helpful in not only determining the cause, but also explaining the ins and outs as to what will trigger the engine light. After, I made an appointment to look into a "helicopter noise" that would get worse the faster I drove. With a 1/2 mile test drive, they were quick (and ACCURATE) in predicting the cause. A bad wheel bearing. They were willing to work on my car despite rust from rain, salt, and snow (car is from the Midwest).
