Impressive Auto Service

Needed to figure out what was wrong with a 2014 Ford Escape that just passed inspection. After passing, it wouldn’t start on the first attempt, but would the 2nd. Took it on a Friday evening to Impressive 1 hr before closing. They were very kind, straightforward, didn’t try to sell you, and accommodating. They found the issue (the battery) and fixed within a matter of 15 minutes! Very fair pricing. We will be coming back to Impressive!

I was in and out in less than 2 hours. They are knowledgeable, professional, and I appreciate they are personable. I have not been more impressed with an auto service as I am with Impressive. I highly recommend them.

Great bunch of people, serving the public. Complete explanation of unforeseen problem popped up. They always check my vehicles over. Sooooo glad they do. Saved me paying a hefty tow bill, when they discovered a potential serious steering problem.

I was traveling through town today and my AC went out. The man I spoke to was very kind and got me in right away. He explained everything to me and their prices were much more reasonable than I expected.
