In Motion Mobility - Wheelchair Van and accessible vehicles

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. A few years ago I met Bryan at the Abilities Expo in Florida while I was waiting for my modified DSI Scott System vehicle to be completed. He seemed kind and knowledgeable, and I felt peace of mind knowing I had a reliable team in Florida to help service my van when I visited, even though I live in New York. Two weeks before bringing my van in, I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, they said they weren’t expecting me and asked me to come back the following week. Before leaving, I explained I needed a screw replaced in the floor and the stoppers removed from my steering wheel. Because the van was less than two years old, I was told they would contact Junior in LA to see if it was still under warranty. No one ever followed up with me. T

I have been using Pride scooters 18+ years and it might be time to find a new company. The scooter used to last all day at an amusement park. Now, a new scooter can’t even do 5 miles, so here I sit at a restaurant charging scooter while the rest of my group has fun. I have two scooters a small one a pride, Gogo traveler and a Revo, both do not last!!!!

BEST OF BREED Passionate about making a stressful process as easy as possible for wheelchair users like me. Unfortunately this type of service is VERY rare to find, and is the reason why I choose to travel from New Hampshire to Florida to be a customer of IMM. A few weeks ago I visited In Motion Mobility for maintenance on our van .. I took my son my disable son with me ..we had the best experience! The kindness shown was absolutely refreshing! Brian along with the team was so knowledgeable about my vehicle, took care of all my concerns ! It was our wow moment! I would definitely recommend anyone to visit with them and have this awesome experience! Down to the front desk! Hi guys ! Thanks for being the best !!!!!

HUGE s/o to InMotion Mobility (IMM), who specialize in customizing wheelchair accessible vehicles so those with disabilities, like me, can drive. This has been a long-time dream of mine, and Edwin and his team made it possible! There is no other company I would personally recommend and put my life and trust in than IMM. Edwin and the team go above and beyond in caring for their client's needs and safety -- they will never cut corners! Not to mention, they are THE BEST in what they do in this high niche industry, and are always innovating and challenging the status quo. The team works hard everyday as every car is highly specialized and customized to everyone's individual healthcare and comfortability needs -- so if you're currently waiting for you car, I promise they are working on your
