In & Out Car Wash

Worst experience EVER at a car wash. Purchased $20 wash. Went thru the blow dryers and heard loud noise and watched my side mirror get hit with an object, shatter, and fall out of enclosure and blow into my door u til I made it thru enough to drive out. Immediately pulled over and notified attendant. Explained my car was new and o my have had it for two wks. After I say that, he tries to convince me to blame the damage on the car lot because owner will just deny my claim!!?? This vehicle entered the wash with zero issues and left it looking like below pics. The attendant refused to give me corporate or owner contact info, refused to let me view the video of it being damaged. Called me 2 days later and told me owner denied the claim but then refused to give me contact info again. Worst comp

Everytime we go here the employees are always on top of it. The services are not bad at all compared to others we have been to. Are car always comes out looking clean like.it should. Keep up the good work.

Dejuan helped me get the sap off the roof and hood of my Trax, almost looking like factory new paint. Man knows what he's doing, for sure, and imparted some of that wisdom onto me. Highly recommend.

Dumped hydraulic fluid all over my van with a broken car wash and I told the manager about it and he said there was just a leaky valve in the system and it was only water 45 minutes later I came back because there's oil all over my vehicle. Second time this has happened at this location got to say I'm extremely disappointed in this organization the way they handled me and the entire issue. The manager offered a free car wash haha. I asked for a simple Free month which is a $30 request and he said he could not do that but that he could maybe give me a detail on the inside of my car well last time he offered me the same thing and they did a lousy job of detailing it to I'm not one to complain but this place is a disaster not only that it's messed up my day my car and I will be seeking corpo

I have been through many different car washes and was sorely disappointed after going through the in and out in Joplin. I signed up for the middle grade membership, after going through the first time I had a new crack through my windshield almost the entire way up. After getting out of my truck, I also noticed the entire front of my truck was covered in bugs as well. After the 2-3 days management would take to call back turned into 8-9 days, they let me know they wouldn’t be covering the glass because there was no way they could have caused the crack, even though it mysteriously popped up somewhere in the wash. This windshield had been through probably a hundred different car washes without an issues until that day. I have taken my truck as well as my wife’s car to a different wash in to
