After recently moving to Lafayette, I was nervous about finding a trustworthy place to service my vehicle. Thankfully, my son recommended In & Out Oil Change in Youngsville, and they exceeded every expectation! The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient from the moment I arrived. They got my vehicle in quickly and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. What truly set them apart was the personal care. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner during checkout, and she was so kind and genuine. My whole experience with In & Out Oil Change as a first time customer was AMAZING! The guy (sorry don't remember names) that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. When I arrived the guy at the front desk was very welcoming. I was In and Out in less than 30 minutes. They actually check everything under the hood including all fluids, tires, and windshield wipers filling up any that were low. The lady that checked me out went through explained everything that may need attention soon, she was amazing as well!! Overall GREAT experience will be returning.

I went in for an oil change. Initially was going to drop the car but decided to stay and wait. During my short wait management came in and brought little muffins in which I thought was a nice touch being it’s a smaller company. It shows commitment to the customer experience in a little way. I felt the price for service was very fair and all people involved were very easy to talk with. Thanks and good job team. I will see you soon with other maintenance opportunities.

Everyone was super friendly. They offered me a ride home and came on got me when my vehicle was ready. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Thank you In & Out. My A/C works great now!

Went here to get my oil changed, tires rotated and brakes checked and I will 100% be going back! Everyone was knowledgeable, super nice and they actually care about the people they service. They make sure everything is done correctly and take pride in their work. My car now sounds and drives like it did when I first got it. This is now the only place I will have my car serviced at!
