Indian Motorcycle of Lakeland

4 years ago…I’d been there for 20 minutes looking to trade in my Ultra for a new Indian, been inside looking around, no one bothered to see if I needed anything, found a bike I wanted but decided to stick with HD since they have way better customer service. Front girl (cashier) just sitting there playing on her phone, everyone else just doing their own thing…. Their loss….

Came to look at helmet options, not one sales associate would even say hello, infact one in particular got real close, but as I turned to speak with them they pivoted and nearly ran the opposite direction.... It's OK, though. I found the helmet at fun bike center in Lakeland, very helpful associates who went above and beyond over there.... Do better in the future, it was your sale to lose, and you did.

Hudson was awesome in helping me buy my first bike. He was very knowledgeable on the all of the bikes we looked at and explaining all of the differences in trim levels and options. If you are in the market for a new bike this is a great place to get a bike.

Excellent sales and service! Hudson is very knowledgeable and strives to make his customers happy. He helped me pick the perfect bike, a 2024 Challenger, explaining the pros and cons of the few options I was looking at - without any pressure at all. Went there this morning and test rode a bike. It's now sitting in my driveway. Shout out to "EGG ROLL" he hooked me up with a really good deal. Thanks guys.
