He's friendly, very responsive and follows up quickly. He really knows the Indian models and motorcycles in general. Fabricio and Mike made the process of getting me into a new Indian seamless, pleasurable and gave me a reasonable price for my trade-in. I made the trip from Long Island, even though there is a dealer there, because the inventory is much better. They even delivered my new bike to my home on Long Island and picked up my trade-in. Recently bought a 2024 Indian Chieftain sunset red darkhorse from the men at Indian motorcycle of White Plains New York. Shane and Mike made the entire process of buying a bike very easy at Indian motorcycle of White Plains New York. Both were very helpful and trust worthy in the buying process. Answered any question I had and made sure I understood what we were discussing. Chris in parts helped me with making sure I had everything for my wife to make sure she was comfortable as possible as a passenger, getting me the accessories I needed for my chieftain. We would like to thank Indian motorcycle of White Plains for their outstanding customer service. On our recent ride from Florida to Long Island on our 2025 Indian Pursuit, we encountered a road hazard at the end of our ride that damaged our rear tire. Thankfully we made it home safely. We purchased the bike in Florida with an aftermarket tire and rim warranty. We had planned to return to Florida the following week, so we needed a quick turn around on replacing the tire. We were at a loss, and we were scheduled for our 1300-mile ride back to Florida in 5 days.
