Both Pete Maggio and PJ Mansfield were exceptional. They went through every step of the process with professionalism, honesty and made me feel very comfortable. I purchased a 2023 Harley Street Glide. I live in and will register the bike in CT. They helped me through the whole process. The guys in the shop helped me unload my trade in and loaded my new bike. Great experience with PJ Mansfield and Pete Maggio buying my first Triumph Rocket 3! PJ and Pete were super professional and ensured a really smooth process. My buddy bought his Rocket from them at the same time too (Mine is the silver and red) and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Overall a great experience from first call to final handshake and delivery of the bikes.

The bike was precisely as described — if anything, better. Great dealership and even better team! This is the third bike (6th overall) Im buying at Triumph of Westchester, Chris and PJ are great to work with, even when I asked about multiple bikes I wanted to see and sit on, they patently reviewed them with me and we discussed pros and cons of each, without hurrying or pushing the decision or biased to any of the bikes. You can definitely tell they all ride, if they have what you are looking for, dont doubt paying them a visit!
