I finally found a shop I can trust! I brought my 2022 Honda HR-V EX AWD here after a very frustrating and dishonest experience at the Honda dealership in Indian Trail. A huge shoutout to Scott for being incredibly professional, kind, and transparent. Unlike the dealership, which provided me with false safety reports, Scott and his team were honest about what my vehicle actually needed to stay safe for my delivery routes. They were fast and efficient. They completed a full service including: • Front (Platinum) and Rear brake pad replacement. • Rear Differential service (AWD) using Honda OEM fluid. • Brake fluid exchange. • Engine and Cabin air filter replacement. • Full vehicle safety inspection. Had a great experience. Was in the area on an errand and saw the shop (Great location right off Independence). I was in need of a tire rotation, so I dropped in. Scott squeezed me in and told me about the other services they offer. Wait time was 30 min or less for the rotation. Pricing is very reasonable. I was able to sit in the lobby and do a little work while I waited. Was very refreshing that Scott was so welcoming and great to chat with. Planning to go back for future auto care needs for both my vehicles.
Scott and team were professional and personable. They completed the repair quick and adjusted pricing lower when necessary. Will definitely return for my future repairs. Highly recommend!
Amazing job! I went to Indian Trail Auto Care to get some custom exhaust tips installed. The guy did a great job installing them at a really fair price. They also got me in and out pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend them for any auto care needs and will definitely be coming back if needed.
I took my work vehicle in for an alignment and oil change. They found other issues and the repair costs were far more reasonable than I ever would’ve expected The repairs were done quickly, and there was great communication I would recommend this shop
