IndyWest Harley-Davidson

It's very small dealership, there's not really signs to show where it's exactly at. It's by the steak n shake and hotels in a plaza type setting. Staff was friendly greeted us at the door with a hello and unlike other dealerships didn't follow or ask a million questions while you're trying to look around and shop so that's a huge plus.

Westside Harley-Davidson went above and beyond to get us the help we needed and make sure our service issue was fully resolved. The entire team at Westside Harley-Davidson was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. A huge thank you to Shane, the Service Manager, and Alicia, the General Manager, for truly going above and beyond for our family. Their care, professionalism, and dedication made all the difference. I hope no one ever has the experience I had at this dealership, or any Harley dealership. When I was shopping for a new bike I went to Indy West first. I test rode a bike and talked numbers, Iultimately decided to shop around and found a better deal at another dealership. I was still communicating with the sales person, and decided I should go back to Indy West, let the sales person know I had found a bike elsewhere, and thank him for all his help. When I told him I found a bike elsewhere I was told I was no longer welcome at Indy West HD. Message received, haven't been back since.

My journey started with the random searching on the internet for newer ultra limited's. I stumbled on IndyWest Harley-Davidson's site and started scrolling, came across a 2016 Cosmic Blue pearl ultra limited that actually was located in Lafayette at Moon's Harley-Davidson. I called the dealership and talked to Chuck, who was able to get the bike sent down to IndyWest. Chuck I apologize I didn't get your last name but you were instrumental in helping me end up with my dream bike thank you sir. So bike gets to IndyWest and I meet Doug Bane. Folks this man is beyond awesome. Knowledgeable and very accommodating to my wife and I. We are from out of town and ran across IndyWest Harley Davidson by accident while looking for a CVO Custom Street Glide. We expanded our search to 500 miles as there were no results closer to home and found this bike. From my first call (And there was a few) to our purchase we could not have been any more satisfied than we were. Doug Bane was assisting us throughout the process answering all our questions and if he did not know the answer, he did not make something up, he let us know he did not have the answer but would follow up asap to which he did. After meeting Doug, we found that he was as we expected very professional and accommodating which I have found that not all dealerships and staff are created equal.
